The meat isn't over processed and has a lovely texture and we really enjoyed the level of spice - so very well balanced. Very juicy and moist but without fatty residue on the palate. The satisfying meat offers both sweet and savoury notes. Outstanding.
Attractive long and slim chipolatas with a tight texture and a good porky flavour.
A well sized, attractive chipolata that had lovely coarse meat and a substantial mouthfeel. It was well seasoned with good flavours. Packed full of everything you'd want in a good English sausage.
