Due to the perishable nature of our premium grass-fed meats, we cannot accept returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, we are committed to providing a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your meat products and the condition of the insulated packaging to ensure everything is correct and still at a safe temperature.
- 2.Document Issues
In the unlikely event of a problem, please take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the courier label as evidence for our quality control team.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our Swaledale support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and documentation to initiate a claims process for perishables.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our butchers will review your claim immediately and, if approved, we will process a replacement delivery or a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
